Credits are the main unit of cost for generating content. Every model (image, video or animation) uses a certain number of credits per generation, depending on the model type, length and resolution.

Subscription credits don’t roll over: at every refill your balance goes back to the plan’s credit amount.

Credits refill every month — on the yearly plan too. Even though you pay once a year, you get the credit pack monthly, on the same day you activated your subscription (e.g. if you subscribed on 20 March, credits renew on the 20th of every month).

New credits are added automatically at the start of each cycle, as long as the subscription is active.

Yes. It renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle so your access never breaks. You can cancel anytime, in 1 click, straight from your account settings — no contract, no minimum term. The plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

It depends on the plan and the models you use. Each plan includes an approximate number of generations per month — see the “Compare plans” table for the details on every model.

If you need more credits, you can upgrade to a bigger plan or buy extra credit packs without changing your current subscription. Bought credits land instantly and work on every model.

Credits bought separately (top-up) never expire and stay yours even after you cancel the subscription.

Unlimited lets you generate content without spending credits, on the models, resolutions and quality levels included in your plan. To keep the experience good for everyone, we manage resources dynamically:

• Dynamic speed: speed and the number of simultaneous generations can vary temporarily at peak hours or under heavy load.
• Credit mode: you can turn Unlimited off anytime to generate faster on credits (priority queue).
• Fair use: the feature is for personal use only — automation, account sharing or reselling access are not allowed.
• Account check: on unusual activity, access can be paused temporarily for verification and switched back on after confirmation.

• Access stays on every day for one year from purchase.
• The models stay available as long as the subscription is active.
• If you cancel or move to a smaller plan without Unlimited 365, access stops at the end of the current plan.
• If you upgrade, access continues for the whole 12-month period.
• Unlimited generations run in the standard queue; credit ones run in the priority queue.

Yes. You can upgrade instantly at any time — it takes effect right away and the credit difference lands on your account. A downgrade applies at the end of the current period, and your present plan stays active until then.

Yes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, at bank-grade standards. We never store your card details on our servers.

Yes. The invoice arrives by email automatically right after every payment.
