The platform may be used by people aged 18 or over. By using the service you declare that you are of that age or that you have your parents’/legal guardians’ consent.
Viralio provides a suite of creative tools based on artificial intelligence, available at viralio.ro and its subdomains, including (but not limited to):
The services are provided “as is” and are intended for legitimate personal and professional use. Each specific service may be subject to additional conditions shown at the time of use.
Result quality can vary depending on the content provided, the options chosen and the particulars of the files processed. We do not guarantee a perfect result in every case.
Viralio Scheduler is the app in the Viralio suite, available at scheduler.viralio.ro, that lets you upload a video once and schedule it automatically to your TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Viralio Scheduler does not read your feed, does not follow accounts, does not comment and does not interact on your behalf. It uses strictly the permissions above, solely to publish the material you schedule.
Access to the platform’s features requires signing in through Google OAuth. By connecting your Google account, you authorise Viralio to access your email address, your name and your profile picture for the purpose of creating and managing your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that breach these Terms or that have had no recorded activity for 24 months.
Viralio’s services run on a system of prepaid credits. Every operation consumes a number of credits shown clearly in each app’s interface before processing starts. The available credit packs and their prices are shown on the pricing page (viralio.ro/pricing).
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a payment service provider certified to PCI DSS Level 1. We store no bank card data on our servers — it is processed exclusively by Stripe.
The credits included in a subscription renew each billing period and do not roll over — unused credits from a period expire at the end of it. Top-up credits (packs without a subscription) never expire, add on top of your credits and stay in the account even after the subscription is cancelled. In all cases, credits are not refundable in money, have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash.
Refund policy: Credits and subscriptions are paid in advance and, as a rule, are not refundable in money. Based on the right of withdrawal for digital content (see section 6), you may request a refund of an initial purchase within 14 calendar days only if no credit has been consumed and no service has been used (a completely unused pack). From the moment even a single credit has been consumed — including credits included in a subscription — the purchase becomes entirely non-refundable. Refunds do not apply to automatic renewals of the subscription, and no pro-rata refunds are granted for the remaining period when a subscription is cancelled — you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Requests go to contact@viralio.ro.
Subscriptions are billed in advance, at the start of each period (monthly or yearly, according to the plan chosen), and renew automatically for an identical period at the price in force, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise CABA FAMILY S.R.L to charge your payment method automatically at each renewal.
You can cancel at any time from the app (the “Manage subscription” section) or by writing to contact@viralio.ro from the account’s email address. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access and the included credits until the end of the period already paid for, with no pro-rata refund for the remaining time.
We reserve the right to change prices. Any price change applies only from the next renewal and will be communicated to you in advance by email; if you don’t agree, you can cancel before the renewal.
Unused credits are lost when the account is closed, deleted or suspended. Promotional, bonus or gift credits may have their own expiry date, have no cash value and are not refundable.
Starting a bank dispute (chargeback) for services correctly delivered — credits already consumed or an active subscription — is a breach of these Terms and entitles us to suspend or close the account, without affecting the amounts owed. Please contact us first at contact@viralio.ro — we solve any real problem quickly.
We reserve the right to refuse manifestly unfounded, repeated or abusive refund requests and to limit access for accounts that abuse the refund policy.
These provisions apply to the extent permitted by law and do not restrict the mandatory rights granted to consumers by Romanian and European legislation (including GEO No 34/2014 and GEO No 140/2021).
Important: Under Article 16(m) of Romanian GEO No 34/2014 (transposing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered electronically where performance of the contract began with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that they would thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
By starting any processing on the Viralio platform (pressing any process/generate button), you give your express consent to the immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for the credits consumed in that processing.
A completely unused purchase (zero credits consumed, no service started) has the 14-day right of withdrawal, per section 5 — Refund policy. Once any credit is consumed — including a single credit from a subscription — the right of withdrawal is lost and the amount paid is no longer refundable.
By using the Viralio platform, you undertake not to:
Breaching these provisions can lead to immediate suspension of the account and, where appropriate, to notifying the competent authorities.
Responsibility for content: You are solely responsible for the files and content you upload or generate and for the legitimate use of the related rights. CABA FAMILY S.R.L is not liable for content supplied or generated on users’ instructions.
The Viralio platform, including its source code, design, branding, algorithms and original content, is the exclusive property of CABA FAMILY S.R.L or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the platform for legitimate personal and professional purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
The files and content processed remain your property — we claim no rights over the content you upload, process or download. Temporary media files are deleted automatically from our servers within 30 minutes of processing finishing.
To the extent permitted by applicable Romanian law:
The limitation-of-liability provisions do not affect consumer rights provided by mandatory Romanian and European law.
We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, without prior notice, for technical or commercial reasons.
Significant changes to these Terms will be communicated through:
Continuing to use the service after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising from use of the platform will first be settled through amicable negotiation.
