Under Romanian Government Ordinance 38/2015 on the alternative resolution of disputes between consumers and traders and Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, you may use alternative dispute resolution procedures (ADR/ODR). This page explains your rights and the options available to you.

The complaint-handling procedure

Send the complaint by email
Describe the problem in detail at
contact@viralio.ro. Include the account’s email address, the transaction date and a description of the problem.

We review and reply
We will review the complaint and reply within 48 working hours (no later than 30 calendar days, as the law requires).

An amicable solution
If the complaint is well founded, we propose a solution: a credit refund, compensatory credits or another suitable resolution.

An alternative route (if we haven’t reached an agreement)
If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can turn to ANPC or the EU ODR platform — details below.

The Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection. It handles complaints against traders based in Romania.

Under Romanian Law No 363/2007 on combating unfair commercial practices and Government Ordinance No 21/1992 on consumer protection:
- You have the right to bring any complaint about Viralio’s commercial practices to ANPC
- Complaints can be filed online at anpc.ro or at ANPC’s regional offices

Applicable law
Any dispute arising from the use of the Viralio platform is governed by Romanian law and, failing an amicable agreement, is settled by the competent courts in Romania.
The consumer rights provided by Romanian and European law are not affected by the provisions of our Terms and Conditions.
